Stretch, Flexibility & Mobility Class
 is personalized for every individual. This class is designed to release joint restrictions, and increase your range of motion safelyThe Stretch, Flexibility & Mobility class technique focuses on a combination of Isometric and PNF stretching, joint mobility, and more without injury or stress to the body. Participants learn how to connect their unique anatomy and biomechanics to improve range of motion, skill and function.

This class is an open level that will focus on breathing, increasing muscle control and tone and alignment of the body. The Mat class is slower with focus on concentration and purpose of exercise and using the correct muscle activation.This class is recommended for anyone needing a fundamental and deeper Pilates workout experience. You will find knowledge, skills, compassion and expertise in a comfortable environment with a supportive instructor. Pilates instructors and fitness professionals take this take because of the workout experience and outstanding education that can be used to help their clients. Pilates and fitness enthusiasts take this class because of the exceptional workout experience.

Flexibility – Missing Link Fitness Lab (Open Level)

SUMMER FOCUS: IMPROVING OVERALL FLEXIBILITY (YES. YOU CAN DO IT!) AND SPLITS.

THIS CLASS IS PERSONALIZED. REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED

Splits can be scary and a no-go zone for many people. However, in reality, splits can be achieved at any age or fitness level.

Even if you’ve never achieved a full split in your life or you did splits when you were younger, achieving splits does not have to be painful or stressful on your muscles, joints or your mind. In this class you learn how to get into splits without pain. This class also teaches anatomy and bio-mechanic tips to achieving splits safely.

Stretching is IMPORTANT.

Even if you don’t want to get into a full split, this class will also improve your flexibility and help prevent injuries. Stretching is important to do on a regular basis to prevent injuries and keep the body working efficiently. —This class is YOUR weekly stretch class, if you feel tightness or need to improve your flexibility or just need a stretch after your workout, this is the class for you.

The Missing link Specialty Fitness Lab is an hour long interactive workout that focuses on going deeper in each exercise to quickly improve and advance your skill and level safely. Beginners enjoy this class because we focus on correct placement and alignment so progress and improvement is noticeable without injury. More advanced students learn how to connect anatomy, biomechanics with practice and how to improve skill and function. Missing Link instructors collaborate weekly to create progressive class sessions that go deeper and deeper. Missing Link Specialty Fitness Labs is an safe comfortable environment where questions are welcome and expected. The lab is designed to work on the skills, techniques you need help mastering.  Instructors are certified in anatomy, biomechanics, fitness, pilates and yoga. Each week instructors focus on different parts of the body.
