Now is the perfect time for you to begin the process of learning to love to dance. Its as simple as this. Listen to music you really like, stand up and move your body to the rhythm. Thats it. To every tune you like, move your body to its rhythm or to whatever rhythm is going on in your head. Don’t worry about how you look dancing. The point is to feel good, and if you like the music you are moving to you will feel great.  Once you’ve learned to love to dance, share that love and passion with those you love. This would be your friends and family. Dance together, play together, and live longer, happier lives together.
