Advanced Fitness Level

As a former classical ballet dancer, coordination, agility, and flexibility are my strengths. I thrive in classes that require core strength and muscle control in addition to artistic flair such as jazz or salsa. However, to maintain my muscle tone I take yoga class (how many times a week?)

My weakness is cardiovascular endurance and upper body strength, and I have difficulties in certain high-energy fitness classes such as spinning or cardio-step. Knowing this, I started taking classes that will help my increase my fitness level like cardio-dance— my goal this summer is to be able to run 3 miles!

Here are my tips:
1) Take cardio
2) Take bootcamp classes
3) Run on the treadmill
4) Do weight training
