ss_mountainThis Yoga pose is called the Mountain Pose. It is perfect for beginners.

1. Distribute your weight evenly through the soles of your feet, keep your feet together, relax your shoulders and keep your arms at your sides.

2. Raise your hands over your head, reaching for the sky while taking a deep breath; have your palms facing each other and keep your arms straight.
