Intermediate Fitness Level

Fitness Profile:
I have been an athlete since I was seven years old. I played competitive soccer on a premier soccer team as well as playing competitive tennis. All of my youth I was accustomed to intensely working out for two to three hours five days out of the week and playing in tournaments on the weekends. After making the decision to not play soccer in college, I had a tough time balancing free time and making workouts at the gym as intense as my old workouts. I would consider myself en route to getting back into the advanced fitness level, with three to four more months of effective working out, I can be back at that level. I consider myself advanced intermediate in yoga, beginner in dance and intermediate in pilates.
