Pouting and making a “fish face” was all the rage a few years ago, making it the most popular selfie pose at the time. Did you know you can use that pose as a facial exercise too? It’s a great way to stretch your facial muscles and tighten your skin.

Suck in your cheeks and pucker your lips. Hold this position for about 30 seconds before relaxing your muscles. Repeat the exercise a few times. You can combine it with the other two face yoga exercises as well.
